Role:
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and problem identification to wireframing, prototyping, and testing before release.
  • Manage and enhance the school's digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless experiences for parents, teachers, and staff across all applications.
  • Design user interfaces for various devices, including mobile, iPads, desktops, and large-scale school screens.
Challenges:
  • Cross-border collaboration, the teams are in Singapore and India, the projects requires a lot of user testing, the team and the staff very cooperative to help
