Key Metrics:
  • Increase in App Downloads: Grew steadily, reaching 500K+ downloads by 2018 (Google Play & App Store).
  • Transaction Volume: By 2019, over 30% of mall transactions were linked to Capitastar rewards.
  • Redemption Rates: Higher engagement, with 60%+ of users actively redeeming rewards.
Role:
  • Collaborated with the client's UX designer to produce the interface design
  • Contributed to UI development based on the UX framework provided
  • Note: The original design was created in 2016 and may have since been updated or changed

  • Tight deadline.
